I Rock Music Inc. ships only to states in the United States. Below are the shipping method options and costs.

I Rock Music Inc. offers 5 to 7 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all orders. All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day. Due to delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic, I Rock Music Inc. orders may experience delays.
All items, if found live on the website, are in stock.
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believed to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. I Rock Music Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are presently not able to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. We suggest placing a separate order for each address when shipping to multiple addresses.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within one (1) business day after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on I Rock Music Inc. website, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from I Rock Music Inc. to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from I Rock Music Inc. to you when your order is delivered to you.
We do not offer refund of shipped products. All sales are final.
